In this case study, I applied the design thinking process to uncover and address a core challenge faced by Emirates. I started with market research, followed by Persona creation and customer journey map, and then conducted a competitive analysis to deeply understand the main areas of improvement. From there, I developed a wireframe that reflects the solution as I envision it: user-centered, intuitive, and aligned with business goals. Every step was driven by empathy, strategy, and a passion for solving real problems through design.
